What We Do

Our Story:

Full Support Ministry started over 10 years ago as just an idea and passion for supplying friends inside jails and prisons with basic needs such as socks, undergarments, etc. This idea sprung to life in the mind and heart of its founder when she saw a woman on TV helping out women in shelters and jails with some of these basic needs. Years later God continued this idea to revisit her mind after hearing stories about friends in prison only having two pairs of socks and having to wash one pair while wearing the other and then switching them out. Over the years she has been able to help men and women who have reentered the community from prison and jail obtain items to help them succeed in becoming productive members of society again. Although the passion to help those who are inside the jails and prisons still remained, an added passion over the years started to develop as well….To Help Those Who Serve Our Friends Inside. As she served in prison ministry for years, she started to ask, “What can we do to help the Chaplains within the jail and prison walls?”

This question grew into not only a way to help our friends inside the jails and prisons, but to help the Chaplains who serve them as well. As a Chaplain herself, the founder of Full Support Ministry understood the task and care that the Chaplains of the jails and prisons had. The men and women in their care had needs that sometimes required those Chaplains to ask other churches and organizations for these needed items.

Her passion is to help these Chaplains with any items they may need for the men and women inside the jails/prisons and those who are reentering the community. By donating these items, it provides a basic need for those who are or have been incarcerated while helping out fellow Chaplains and potentially opens the door for spiritual support.

“Hang your dirty laundry on the Cross and He will make it clean”

This is our motto! We believe, just like all of us and our friends inside, that no matter what dirty laundry we have, whether it is created by ourselves, by others or by the world we live in, that we are able to bring that dirty laundry to God and He will take care of it!

Our Goal:

The goal of Full Support Ministry is to first exude the love and light of Jesus Christ by serving others. We do this by helping out fellow Chaplains in the jails and prisons with items that are needed for our incarcerated friends inside and those reentering the community. In doing so, this provides a basic need for them with the potential to provide them with spiritual support as well.
